When looking at this image (taken when the coach
was about one week old) it should be borne in mind that this
is the first view every passenger got of our
coach (we departed from
under the tourist information terrace from which this picture is taken).
One of my competitors actually asked if it had been in a crash!
When I took this up with Steve Prime of Toyota and the after-sales director of Salvador Caetano in Portugal they dismissed it as normal.
